For sports lovers, in San Teodoro they can find a unique environment that lends itself to various activities, the town hosts a large number of sporting events throughout the year which attract enthusiasts from all over the world.
From diving to kitesurfing, from trekking to golf and horseback riding; There are many sporting activities that can be practiced within a few km.
Watersports
Activities at sea reign supreme thanks also to the variety and beauty of the Marine Protected Area and are managed by structures with professionals in the sector.
Snorkeling, diving, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing and kitesurfing can be practiced in various locations in the area as well as “La Cinta” in Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo.
Trekking e mountain bike
For lovers of sport walking and mountain biking, the peaks of Mount Nieddu are the theater, from whose summit you can admire a breathtaking panorama of the gulf and the island of Tavolara.
Along the nature trails there are waterfalls and natural pools carved into the granite rocks.
