The Melograno Residence is located in the town of San Teodoro, in Sardinia, in a very quiet area about 800 meters from the town center and about 750 meters from the famous Cinta beach.

The Residence is made up of terraced houses surrounded by greenery. Each house has its own small garden with a covered veranda and an external courtyard at the back. There are two-room apartments with 4 beds and three-room apartments with 4 and 6 beds. Each apartment has a parking space.

The Residence was completely renovated in 2004 and particular attention is paid to the care of the greenery and gardens. All apartments are furnished and equipped with a safe and outdoor barbecue. In the immediate vicinity there is also a small children’s playground, restaurant, market.
